the Story
Sykbirds is the story of Icarus, a seagull, on a forgotten island where all flying is forbidden and punished by defeathering. Some birds simply never learned to fly and others do so in secret. Icarus finds himself on a mission to help a pair of brothers and rescue their crippled and yet beautiful sister from the hands of the cruel flock-leader, Blackbeak. Icarus‘ ability to teach others instils deeper belief in each of the birds even in those who stand against him.

Skybirds is a production of the Performing Arts Studios in Munich with over 40 Dancers, 15 Main Cast Performers and a Creative Team of Choreographers, Composer, Visual Artist who all come together to bring this show to life.
